SOHO Annual Meeting Cancellation and Substitution Policy
Notice of registration cancellation must be received in writing by SOHO no later than August 1st. No refunds will be processed after that date.
Substitutions are permitted with a $50 transfer fee and written authorization from the original registrant. There are no refunds for a change in registration category. If the original registrant is a SOHO Member, the substitute must also be a SOHO Member or pay the difference between the regular and member registration prices.

A $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from each refunded annual meeting registration.
